This is Luke Stedman. Just over a year ago he started the feel-good label Insted We Smile. Although Stedman – or Steds as his mates call him – has always had a thing for fashion it wasn’t always his gig. Before he put his mind to running and designing a men's clothing line, he was a professional surfer at the elite level on the ASP World Tour competing against the like of Slater, Irons, Parkinson and Fanning. 

After years of getting paid to spruik sponsors threads that Steds believed didn't really compliment his own style, he was eventually inspired to produce his own gear! Mexicano restaurant, at the iconic North Narrabeen beach in Sydney, is run by the high-energy super brothers Kieron and Sean Prenter. It's the best food stop on the north side of the bridge and by far the best Mexican you can get in Sydney. The lads always look after us and their dashing staff look superb in Urge shoes.

Jack Entwistle and friends just got back from a little roady up Northern NSW, to Kingscliff, to do the Men's LQS event. Although they got knocked out early, it only left them with more time to run around, play on some extra waves, cliff jump in Yamba and hit some skate parks.
